The Gateway to the Bay

Today, I decided to visit Alviso Marina. This location is like a gateway to San Francisco Bay. From here I could see most of Don Edwards SF Bay National Wildlife Refuge, especially from Union City/Fremont– which is where I used to go all the time when I lived in that area.  It’s a totally different perspective, but it’s just as beautiful and calming. There are so many birds to see, and the wind feels good. I love how the sunset hits this place at a really nice direction. It’s a very unique place and I think I’ve found my new favorite spot next to my home in San Jose.
